Arabic Calligraphy

Posted in Main at 2:23 pm by Haythoo - Admin

I’ve always been a big fan of Arabic Calligraphy! I particularly like Diwani and Farsi scripts. While I was surfing the ‘net a couple of nights ago, I found some beautiful masterpieces by different people and I really liked what I saw. I admire their work so much and I think that everyone should enjoy their art.

^ I particulary like this one because the script is soo beautiful

^ This one reads: السلام عليك يا أبا عبدالله

Isa Town vs. Skheer

Posted in My Designs & Photography, University Life at 12:44 pm by Haythoo - Admin

I’ve spent almost all of my university life in Isa Town campus. I spent four years of my life between its old buildings, the cafeteria, and the library. As an engineering student, I never got a chance to study in Skheer. I really liked it in Isa Town and wasn’t very fond of the atmosphere in Skheer . However, this course I’m taking a history course in Skheer. I’m starting to like Skheer more. Actually, I felt sorry for studying in Isa Town all of this time.

Compared to previous years, there is a very small number of students studying in Isa Town now. It seems like some abandoned place. I feel very lonely when I’m there, it’s starting to get scary. I can’t wait when to graduate from this university.

Maybe I like Skheer more because this is where all of my friends are, or maybe I just got fed up with Isa Town. Whatever the reason is, I’m glad I finally got a chance to study in Skheer. I’m really enjoying my time now away from the rigidity of Isa Town’s atmosphere.

A couple of days ago, when I was with my sister on our way to the Masjid, I couldn’t resist taking a picture of the beautiful architecture. I hope you like the shot as much as I do.

This is a shot of Isa Town’s campus last week when I was on my way to the parking lot.

 That’s it for now..

I created this wallpaper a couple of months ago and I really like it. I used it as my desktop wallpaper for some time. Make sure to recite Dua’a Al Sabah every morning. It is a wonderful dua’a by the great Amir Al Mo’menin, Ali Ibn Abu Talib (as).

Hey everyone!….This is my first post in my blog. Finally, I got my own blog! I’m so excited about it!! I’ve thought about it for such a long time but I never actually posted my diaries online before. I’m still not very comfortable with the idea of posting my daily diaries online. However, I’ll make this blog as personalized as possible. It’s going to reflect the real me that everyone in real life sees. After thinking about it, I realized that the I find the real me in certain places that I’m comfortable with. For instance, I enjoy photography and designing computer graphics, and this is where I find myself most of the time.
My blog is going to be my blackboard where I’ll present my work and thoughts.
I hope you find it as interesting I do..
bbye for now
